
25 Sep Limonero Films Goes Into the Wild
EXCLUSIVE: Indie distributor Limonero Films has inked a distribution deal with Into the Wild and will rep the Spanish wildlife producer’s shows internationally. It adds a raft of classic wildlife fare to Limonero’s line-up ahead of the end-of-year TV markets. Limonero Films´ founder and CEO, Pamela Martínez Martínez, said: “We have had great success with natural history programming, and we are looking forward to bringing Into the Wild’s blue-chip titles to market, beginning with MIA Market in Rome in a couple of weeks, and followed by MEDIMED and MIPCOM.” Titles that Limonero will bring to market include Life Of A Predator, A Year Of Wild Love and United Animals, all of which has already been licensed by Spanish public broadcaster RTVE. Speaking about the deal with Limonero, Vince Turmo, Director at Into the Wild, said.“We admire their commitment to distributing nature and wildlife documentaries in such a complex market for Spanish production companies.”
