Pamela launched Limonero Films in 2016, with the intention to work on projects she feels passionate about, with people she likes. She has degrees in Art History and Journalism, and a master’s in film history and visual Media from Birkbeck University in London. With more than two decades of experience in media sales, she has forged relationships with all the important players in the industry. She enjoys playing the guitar and singing, circus trapeze, cinema and traveling. Some of her favourite titles in the catalogue are Lovesick, the Inside the Storm series, and Azor Producciones´ wildlife titles.

Priscila has worked in the film business for over a decade. She´s worked with sales, acquisitions and programming, including her experience in the public sector. She has lived in São Paulo, Buenos Aires and Montevideo, where she’s won a scholarship to complete her master’s in Communication Studies, researching impact campaigns as a means of distribution for indie films. She’s an enthusiast who believes in the power of documentaries to help create a better world. She’s a cat person who plays (tries to play) the ukulele to relax and likes to read paperback books. Ester joined the team at Limonero Films with the aim to work with and share the most inspiring content out there. She has worked in film and television for over a decade, for companies such as Banijay Rights, Dogwoof, Film London or Mubi. Ester holds a BA in Translation and Interpreting Studies from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, an MA in Film Studies from Queen Mary, University of London and a Script Development diploma from the National Film and Television School. She loves ballet, yoga and shoemaking, and you will find her diving into the art and music scenes, or swimming with the waves whenever she has a chance to escape London. Some of her favourite titles from the catalogue include Rise Up!, Brothers, and The Baby Makers.
Tula and Edgar
Consultants
Tula and Edgar joined the Limonero Films´ team as interns in 2018. They have supported Pamela through the pandemic and beyond. They have attended numerous online festivals, uncountable phone calls, and they are always the first ones to feedback on screenings. They now consult externally on every important matter, such as what plants not to place at the office, the temperature of the water at Pamela´s desk, and what markets and genres to focus on, for years to come. They love every title in the catalogue but are partial to the ones ´with animals in them´, such as Dr. Cliff: Worldwide Vet and Heroines of the Savannah.
