Chef and culinary anthropologist Nithiya Laila, takes you out of the supermarkets and into Singapore’s Edible Wild to discover an array of unique ingredients that are indigenous to the little red dot. Together with foraging experts, urban gardeners, farmers and green-fingered restauranteurs, Nithiya’s journey will take her around the island. She will create exciting dishes with these ingredients and show you how easy it is to eat local and keep healthy.
